1/2 to 3/4 time position as receptionist/office assistant for a two chiropractor office
Duties include:
- Telephone duties (booking of appointments)
- Greeting and movement of patients within office
- Accepting payment of services
- Billing to various insurance companies
- End of day balancing
Successful applicant will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to accommodate interaction with a wide spectrum of the public.
- Comfortable familiarity with computer software an definite asset
- Previous office experience an asset
