Primary Focus
To maintain electrical equipment efficiently, in good operational order, to minimize thru-put losses within our pipeline
Facilities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.


Responsibilities
Provide emergency response as first responder and verifier.
On call as required for maintenance.
Maintain a wide variety of electrical equipment in good working order by performing both repair and preventative maintenance.
Complete all maintenance record keeping and ensure all related maintenance information is available.
Implement our Safety and Environment programs and provide improvements as required.
Compile Capital Budget submissions.
Assist with Capital projects and small department projects.
Perform system/equipment improvements as well as research and test new equipment.


Qualifications
Journeyperson Electrical certification or Electrical Instrumentation certification.
Minimum of 4 years related industrial experience.
Possess good analytical problem solving skills, good interpersonal communication skills, good interactive people skills, safe working practices, and strong environmental awareness and stewardship.
Computer skills are an asset.
Blue print reading is an asset.
Good physical condition is an asset as the job is manual in nature.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
