Are you experienced in Quality Assurance in an ISO Manufacturing environment? Do you have the passion for helping people and organizations to achieve their best? A large Saskatchewan manufacturing firm located in Regina requires an Engineering and Quality Manager who will carry the organization to the next level in Quality Assurance.

Duties
- Oversee Quality Management System, ensuring correct standards are established and maintained
- Liaise with the external assessment body in regards to external accreditation process
- Ensure the creation, consistency, maintenance and reporting of documentation pertaining to ISO 9001:2008 standards and procedures in full compliance with the document control procedures
- Work together with management, ensuring the performance of the Quality Management System is in accordance with the corporate needs and expectations
- Manage the equipment calibration process as needed
- Work together with the Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management team supporting the introduction of new products and processes
- Create work instructions and train CAD/CAM operators and other manufacturing personnel
- Prepare investment budget, pay-back analysis and engage in negotiations with suppliers

The Ideal Candidate
- 10 years experience in the Engineering or Quality fields of an ISO Manufacturing company
- 3 years or more management experience
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances
- APQP, FMEA analysis
- Participation in Measurement Standards & Certification in an ISO Management System
- Understand metal fabrication in punching, braking, welding, machining, painting, etc.
- A strong working knowledge of CAD tools
- Knowledge of related software such as AutoCad, Cenit, Solid Works, Inventor, Mastercam and others
