In this role you will perform a variety of cashier, office and/or receptionist duties. You will provide support to the Service Representatives, monitor inventory levels and balance all monies in the SaskTel Store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs typing duties for group or area including memos, letters, reports, forms, labels, data entry, etc. Attends meetings, takes notes and transcribes notes and minutes.
2. Acts as office receptionist, greeting people and directing them to other employees. Collects, sorts, distributes, and picks up incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate personnel.
3. Performs filing duties, including file creation, file retrieval, maintenance, and archiving for a variety of materials.
4. Assembles, checks, compiles, tracks, updates, processes, and distributes a variety of information including the generation of statistics and reports.
5. Receives and processes receipts, balances, deposits, and bill payments from customers. 6. Accepts product returns and repairs. Performs various teller duties, as required. Acts as primary support person for the cashier system.
6. Reconciles monies associated with daily sales and bill payments. Prepares bank deposits.
7. Orders and maintains inventory. Prepares requisitions and payment vouchers, reconciles, pays invoices and verifies amounts.
8. Organizes product set displays.
