Opportunity to move into a commercial tire technician and service truck operator position (using a company vehicle for service calls to commercial customers)
Your duties will include:
Installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing passenger, light truck and medium truck tires and wheels (farm, industrial and OTR tires may be added with experience)
Inspecting tires and wheels and delivering onsite customer tire maintenance programs
Accurate and professional customer service
Maintaining tire service equipment
Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment
What you need:
A valid drivers license and a satisfactory Drivers Abstract
A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills
Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
What would be a plus:
One year of tire-related experience
Working knowledge of passenger, light truck, medium truck, farm, industrial and OTR tires
