The Junior IT Technician is responsible for providing technical on-site support for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks. The technician will provide permanent solutions and ensure application integrity. You will also provide training and support to primary users.

Who are you?
- Post-secondary certificate or diploma in IT Support with a minimum of 1 year work experience providing IT application support
- Proactive problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Linux knowledge is an asset
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
