Description

The Plumber will be responsible for Plumbing and Heating Maintenance and is accountable on a daily basis to the Housing Community Buildings Coordinator with overall accountability to the Housing and Infrastructure Portfolio Councilor. The Plumber will coordinate service requests from the membership regarding general plumbing and heating for all housing units, community buildings; and any other duties that may pertain to the plumbing and heating areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- General background experience in plumbing and heating area essential.
- Must be Physically fit;
- Have the ability to work well with others and the general public;
- Must have the ability to effectively manage their time;
- Excellent organization skills, punctual and dependable;
- Must possess the necessary tools;
- Criminal Record Check must be submitted;
- Possess valid driver?s license.
