The EHO program has the overall responsibility to identify environmental health issues and risks to First Nations communities and their members through contact with elected leaders, community members and health staff as well as with other agencies associated with this field of work. Under the direction of the Director of Health, the Environmental Health Supervisor provides supervision, direction and program support to the PAGC Environmental Health Officers (EHOs) and Water Quality Monitors.
Qualifications:
Completion of a Post-Secondary Program or Degree in Environmental Health along with a Certificate in Public Health Inspection (Canada). Five (5) years experience as an Environmental Health Officer as well as Supervisory Experience.
