As part of Canada's Economic Action Plan, our client has been the recipient of funding to expand infrastructure to support Saskatchewan agricultural producers and processors. In order to cost-effectively and prudently manage your money, we have been exclusively engaged to assist with identifying the individual to act as the General Manager for this organization; overseeing both the development project and every day operations.
Does this sound like you?

* Experience in water utilization and Agriculture crops
* A strong public relations/networking background and people skills (negotiation and influence)
* Demonstrated competencies in problem solving, team leadership, following processes, detail-orientation, task-oriented, and flexibility
* The ability to make decisions and manage your time well.
* Project management skills
* Excellent ability to communicate clearly in written communication
* Background in engineering, government, agriculture, or business management

Our client has identified you would excel with the following:
* Must have experience in water utilization and Agriculture crops
* Comfortable working with a Board of Trustees
* General knowledge of supply, drainage, culverts, bridges, and other water delivery systems
* General knowledge of heavy equipment and capabilities thereof
* Knowledge of key safety policies and procedures
* Experience with regard to general human resource activities
