Provide leadership and hands on project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio of loyalty software products to our partners (typically 15-20 concurrent projects) in a SaaS based environment
Collaborate closely with Sales, Production and the Customer to deliver products to our customers
Collaborate closely with Production and Support to ensure ongoing support and change requests
Play a lead role in all partner interactions within a project
Bring an unrivaled passion for delivery, a positive attitude, and a desire to exceed partner expectations in every interaction
Demonstrate expertise in both the art and science of project management across several areas including: governance, scope, risk, quality, issue management, communication and stakeholder management
Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills around scope, time-lines, and resources
Lead all resource and project planning for your assigned project portfolio including the identification and resolution of resource conflicts
Produce several project management-related business analysis reports (project budget reports, status reports, issue and risk logs, meeting agendas and meeting minutes)
Manage maintenance activities including product change requests as required
