Description

The Yorkton Housing Authority is now accepting applications for an in scope, Temporary Full Time position of Custodian.

The Custodian is responsible for common areas cleaning in six Senior Housing buildings, and turnover cleaning in any of 315 residences managed by Yorkton Housing Authority.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Knowledge, and safe use, of a variety of cleaning products and equipment
WHMIS certificate, or ability to obtain one
Patience and respect for Seniors
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in a team environment.
Current valid driver's license and use of own vehicle
Criminal background check

The workweek consists of 40 hours, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday

Salary is $14.90 / hour, plus monthly travel allowance
