Reporting to the President and Corporate CFO both located in the USA, you will:
-Work closely with the Western Canadian Sales and Technical Manager with whom you share dual signing authority.
-Play a key role in growing the company in the Canadian marketplace.
-Be the primary contact for all accounting functions for Stoller Canada and assure compliance with Canadian laws and regulations. Scope of the role includes full financial reporting, planning, budgets, inventory management, cost accounting, capital expenditures, foreign exchange and risk management.
-Lead and develop the logistics coordinator and plant supervisor to maintain a collaborative and effective work culture.
-Negotiate external supplier contracts and build sustainable business relationships both internally and externally.

To be successful in this role, your background will include:

-Demonstrated people management skills with the ability to foster excellent relationships with direct reports, dotted line reports and external suppliers.
-Minimum 5 years? experience in a hands on financial management position within a small business and manufacturing environment.
-Up to date accounting knowledge, as well as the ability to work with modern programs such Oracle.
-Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, CPA or related financial designation.
-A strong work ethic and track record of producing results within timelines.
-Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills are required.
