Reporting to the Sr. Director, Organization & Talent Development, the Manager, Organizational Development is responsible for delivering a range of enterprise-wide organization and talent initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance. As a leadership development subject matter expert, this position plays a key role in enhancing leadership capability and ensuring our leadership development strategy, initiatives and programs have tangible business impact. This position partners closely with the HR team and business leaders to guide the organization in developing critical capabilities and skills at the individual, team and organizational level; including, but not limited to training, leadership development, succession planning, performance management and career management

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or Organizational Psychology plus 8-10 years of HR related experience or an equivalent combination of a completed coursework and hands-on work experience that provides the knowledge and exposure to the theories, principles and concepts of the field necessary to perform the work. The ideal candidate will have superior written and oral communication skills, with an ability to successfully communicate at all levels of the organization is required.

The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check.  All safety sensitive positions require a substance test in accordance with PotashCorp policy.
