Harvard Developments is looking for an individual to assume the role of Investment Manager.  Reporting to the Vice President of Investments, the Investment Manager is responsible for the leadership, financial governance and regulatory requirements of corporate entities and private equity investments.  
The preferred candidate will have:
-An accounting designation with significant industry experience
-Experience in a leadership role providing financial governance of an organization
-Understanding of and proven experience in industry standards and regulations including ASPE, IFRS, CRA & CSE
-Demonstrated understanding of debt, equity and metrics used for business decision making.  
-The ability to be solution-oriented and deliver results within critical time lines.  Strong analytic and problem solving talents are key to this position.
-High attention to detail with the ability to manage co-existing priorities
The leadership nature of the Investment Managers position requires:
-Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
-Ability to identify, evaluate and implement solutions to issues
-An independent work approach yet effective at contributing in a team environment
