Parts Manager

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Parts Manager based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Our client has full endorsement to acquire and operate the most well-known equipment brands in the commercial, industrial, and agricultural markets.

Reporting into the Branch Manager, the new Parts Manager will manage the parts operations within the store to maximize return on investment. We are looking for a candidate that will optimize the parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, grow profitable sales and effectively engage all parts department personnel. The Role:

Provide leadership to the stores Part Department employees
Develop and maintain effective Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Recruit, hire, develop and retain key talent by maintaining a current hiring plan, and current individual training & development plans
Provide supervision, coaching and training when needed to the Parts Team
The Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3-5 years management experience
Strong Management Skills
Proven leadership and coaching skills
Strong Business Acumen
Understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations
Are familiar with inventory control principles relative to Parts department operations
Compensation:
