Redhead Equipment has a new opportunity available for a Service Writer in our Swift Current branch.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Opening & closing work orders
Customer communications
Scheduling of units to be serviced, time card input and sub ledger processing
Collecting invoices, processing payments and assisting with warranty administration
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
Excellent organizational and above average computer skills
Must be detail oriented and committed to exceptional customer service
Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential to the success of this position
