Member Services/Travel Consultant Full-Time Position - Estevan.
The Member Services/Travel Consultant position is responsible for providing a full range of member services and travel solutions, complemented with excellent customer service to all CAA Saskatchewan customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional sales and service to customers.
Ability to sell, renew and upgrade CAA memberships.
Providing SGI issuing from renewals to permits, and auto extension insurance.
Providing travel information to individuals or groups, regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options, travel costs and recommendation of our products.
Assessing the needs of individual customers and advising accordingly, as to the most suitable travel product or services required.
Accurately calculating and processing customers invoices for services purchased.
Reserving the components of a trip and issuing ancillary products, such as travel insurance, merchandise etc.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
We are looking for a team player who has the proven ability to multi-task, a keen eye for detail and who thrives on developing long-term relationships with customers; complemented with outstanding customer service and sales skills.
Post-secondary travel courses and insurance certification would be a definite advantage.
Superior knowledge of Windows based technology applications.
