* Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day service activities, ensuring customer walk-in traffic is assisted appropriately and transactional and operational effectiveness activities are completed as per Policies and Procedures.
SALES & SERVICE SUPPORT
* Execute performance and/or development plans created by the Branch Manager for assigned branch employees observing behaviours and providing ongoing feedback to the employees as well as the Branch Manager relative to progress towards stated objectives.
Knowledge:
* High School diploma or equivalent required with some college coursework and/or degree preferred.
* Comprehension of required loan documentation i.e. Appraisals, title products, flood certifications, income, trusts, etc.
* 1 to 2 years previous banking experience required with consumer lending experience preferred.
* Previous administrative assistant experience is preferred.
Skills:
* Demonstrate a strong efficiency with the usage of standard office equipment i.e. phones systems, fax machines, copy machines, printers, etc.
* Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required with PowerPoint and Access Database knowledge preferred.
