A successfully innovative forest manufacturing and marketing company is currently seeking four Millwrights to join their goal-oriented team in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. The successful candidates will possess fundamental millwright knowledge, installing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.

Location

Meadow Lake, the city, is located on the lakes western shore, also named Meadow Lake. With the benefit of both forests and grasslands, this Saskatchewan town is a beautiful, scenic community that experienced considerable growth over the last decade. It offers a variety of parks, resorts and outfitters, making Meadow Lake ideal for recreational activities.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily operations are safe and effective, providing relevant solutions when necessary
Service and repair hydraulic systems, pneumatic equipment and programmable logic controls
Read and understand blueprints and schematics
Execute preventative and predictive maintenance measures
Order equipment parts and maintain inventory
Develop, implement and maintain a maintenance program, researching, analyzing and documenting data

Attributes

Experience in alignment, working with gear boxes and bucket elevators
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Experience with furnaces, pipefitting and machining
Efficient use of Computerized Maintenance System, MS Office and related software

Qualifications

Red Seal Certification
Drafting experience is as asset
