Manager of Safety & Lean
Regina, SK
The successful candidate will identify, develop and implement programs and activities necessary to prevent incidents likely to result in personal injuries or property damage. This person will maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations and direct loss control functions through sound security practices and effective claims management. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing overall operational strategies including process, equipment, and manufacturing improvements, maximizing plant throughput, creating synergies within and between facilities, and creating a Lean Manufacturing organization.

The Ideal Candidate:
B.S. in Safety, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Human Resource Management or related field an asset
5 - 10 years experience in managing a comprehensive loss prevention/control program
Experiences in Workers Compensation Claims Management
Professional certification.
Experience in Safety Management Systems and Risk Assessment
