Description

The Position:
Reporting to the Manager of Service, this full time position provides financial service to members/clients and supports the CFP in duties relative to the portfolio within the Credit Union  

You will:
- Provide service to existing Investment Clients
o    Proactively contact members
o    Conduct annual account reviews
o    Identify potential referrals to the financial planner
o    Process Mutual Funds and Term Deposit business referred back to the credit union from the financial planner
- Provide limited administrative support to the Financial Planner
- Provide estate service to members

Ideal Candidates will have:
- Grade 12 diploma
- Mutual fund license
- Above average organizational and time management skills.
- An understanding of the interrelationships between customer service and profitability
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Above average software application skill in order to manage work and increase productivity and efficiency
- A willingness to work as a team demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to function in a fast-paced working environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
