Applications are now being accepted for the above position(s) which are under the general direction of the Facilities Manager.
Primary Purpose of Position
Although not limited to any one facility, the majority of hours may be at the Civic Centre Arena. The purpose is to assist the arena operations before, during or after special events to ensure that the facility is clean, safe and appealing for various facility uses & patrons.
Qualifications:
Standard First Aid & WHMIS
Must be a 'People-Person' - able to communicate with staff & patrons
Must be able to work independently and as part a team
Description of Duties, but not limited to:
Provides excellent customer service in assisting the public if required
Assists in preparation of facility and special events
Assist with the clean up/tear down after events
Other general duties as assigned.
Must be willing to work in different Recreation Facilities if required.
Primarily evenings and weekends.
Essential Skills
- Oral communication

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
