Description

Do you have significant experience working as a
project manager for a construction company,
overlooking a series of different projects and
helping to ensure projects get finished on time
and on target? If you do, and you're interested in

Requirements

- Project integration management to ensure that
the various project elements are effectively
coordinated.

- Project cost management to identify needed
resources and maintain budget control.

- Conduct quality management to ensure functional
requirements are met, as well as human resource
management to development and effectively employ
project personnel.

- Display excellent communications management to
ensure effective internal and external
communications.

- Managing the project stakeholders, project team,
risk, schedule, budget and project conflicts.

- Ensure proper contact and communication with
project owner/shareholder representative.

- Have full understanding of the property,
project, plans, budgets and timelines in order to
fulfill the job.

- Must review budgets and display a full
comprehension of them, while trying to foresee
possible pitfalls and finding ways to work within
the budgets

- Ensure daily logs and paperwork are being done
and recorded properly by site supers, as well as
making certain superintendents are maintaining
proper safety on site to avoid injuries and
possible health and safety shutdowns.

- Check all shop drawings are done and approved by
engineers and company prior to work or product
ordering proceeds.

Requirements

- Must be a Canadian citizen/resident with
existing legal papers to work in Saskatchewan.

- Post-secondary education (ie diploma or trade
certification) would be considered a very
important asset
