Adecco is currently recruiting for one of their top clients a Desktop Analyst to work in Regina in their Tier II support environment.  The Desktop Support Team provides second level support, maintenance and planning for the company's desktops and notebooks.  The Desktop team supports 600 desktops, 400 notebook computers and approximately 250 semi-rugged notebooks in their mobile workforce environment.   The Desktop Support Analyst will also be used as a resource for their ongoing projects that are supported by the Project Delivery Office.  The Company's infrastructure is currently based on Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 and Lotus Notes 8.5

The qualifications and skills required for this position are:
- Must have Computer Engineering Diploma
- Ability to Troubleshoot and Repair Computers
- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Windows 7
- Has previous experience working with Lotus Notes
- Previous Tier II Support Experience
Must also have a Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers license, able to lift up to 25 lbs and able to do occassional overnight stays.  The initial term for this position is up to two years with the possibility of an extension.
