Reporting to the Manager, E-Services, the E-Services Administrator leads web design and content delivery for virtual customer services. This includes developing, designing, planning and configuring relevant technologies to meet organizational service requirements. The E-Services Administrator provides technological tactical support and to content providers (e.g. Marketing and Communications, Public Services Managers, Branch Heads, Leads), co-ordinates project work, and designs and delivers training to staff and the general public. The E-Services Administrator is also responsible for installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing and configuring relevant technologies, and provides evidence-based assessment in the development and implementation and improvement of E-Services.
