The Opportunity:
Our Arcola, SK location is currently looking for a Field Operations Manager - Industrial Services to join the team! This position is responsible for the effective management of area personnel in the field, equipment, input on budgets and the customer base within territory.

Key Responsibilities:
    Interact with the client base in an area, including site visits, telephone and email inquiries, providing clients with specific information as to their requirements in the form of cost, procedures, practices, and our trained personnel
    Supervise employees and operations on job sites;
    Ensure that all Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures are followed and maintained by employees;
    Determine adequacy of present levels of service and recommends service adjustments or corrective action
    Build and lead an effective team;
    Meet budget requirements (revenue and field net).
    Act as a liaison between the field operations and upper executive management

Key Qualifications:
    Minimum High school combined with on-the-job
    Industry-related experience is required (minimum 5years);
    Production services experience would be an asset
     Supervisory/Management experience (minimum 2 years)
    Minimum valid Class 5 drivers license required, Class 1 preferred
