Essential Functions
Purchasing and Receiving of products through internal system (Maximo).
Accurately and efficiently process work orders from creation through completion through CMMS.
Code non-inventory items in Maximo.
Effectively organize maintenance files, databases, and documents.
Provide back up to other office positions as necessary.
Receive deliveries and place in warehouse through use a fork lift or other heavy equipment
Gather parts from stock for maintenance tasks
Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent
Education/Experience Requirements
Requires knowledge and experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (training will be provided for ADM internal computer systems used for these applications).
Experience in basic office duties and filing is required
High School Diploma
Qualifications
Ability to use computer programs including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.), IBM systems (CICS, IMS, APGO).
Will be trained to use Maximo for daily preparation of work orders, purchasing, and receiving.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize activities.
Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting.
Problem solving skills.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Dependable with the desire to learn with a positive and respectful attitude.
