Adecco Employment Services is currently recruiting for a Parts and Service Supervisor job in Saskatoon, SK. Our client is one of western Canadas most reputable refrigeration and heating unit manufacturers companies. In this position you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and selling parts to customers both over the counter and through the shop as well as scheduling customers in for service work with the lead hand. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of refrigeration parts, a strong background with inventory control, and will be able to provide superior customer service while scheduling service appointments.

Responsibilities for the Parts and Service Supervisor will include;
- Identify, source and sell parts to customers both over the counter and through the shop
- Suggest specific parts and services required to customers as needed
- Maintain inventory with proper physical and electronic controls for the warehouse, mobile service truck and customer consignment
- Schedule in customers for service work with the lead hand, communicate with customers regarding the status of the service being perform
- Finalize customer invoices
- Act as the liaison between the Saskatoon shop and other out of province management
- Some travel with in Saskatoon with be required

Qualifications Required:
- Working knowledge of refrigeration parts / HVAC industry
- Strong background with inventory control
- Proven knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Able to provide superior customer service
- Experience scheduling, meeting deadlines and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Clean Criminal Background
