The Opportunity
Our Weyburn office is seeking a positive, energetic, client service oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Greet and direct clients
Coordinate meetings and reservations
Booking appointments and arranging meeting logistics
Receipt of client payments
Preparing a daily bank deposit while providing high quality service both internally and externally
Assist with preparation of various financial correspondence and filing.
Answer the telephone, screen and route calls and maintain a log of inquiries
Update and maintain filing systems, records and other documentations
Perform a variety of computer related tasks
Order, stock and distribute office supplies
Perform other related administrative duties as required

The Candidate:

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of one year experience in an administrative and/or customer service role. A combination of experience and education will be considered. You must demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate knowledge with all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
Strong organizational and coordinating skills

Ability to create, compose and edit written material
Knowledge of office filing procedures and systems is an asset
A willingness to learn and take initiative is essential
Successful completion of a business or office administrative program is an asset
