FCL invites applications for the position of Training & Marketing Coordinator in our home office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Reporting to the Crop Supplies Marketing Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
1. Co-ordinate/ host the Crop Supplies Department training events and meetings within the set budget and objectives.
2. Review existing training materials (Advance, Accelerated, Crop Technology course, CSSC, Agro Manager Group, Diagnostic Schools, Excellence in Ag, etc.) and make necessary changes as required.
3. Assist in developing and implementing the Crop Supplies marketing initiatives as set out by the Marketing Manager, with significant involvement in the Excellence in Ag program.
4. Support the development and maintenance of the portal through training and administration of the Crop Supplies page.
5. Work closely with the Saskatoon Agro staff to implement budgeted marketing plan.
6. Conduct analysis and provide input during Budgeted and Business plan process in accordance to department training activities,
7. Provide accurate and timely training reports on a quarterly basis.
