This individual is expected to sell parts and
focus on customer service. Other duties include
stocking, receiving and delivery of parts and
accessories.
Performance Expectations are:
Recommends and sells products and/or services to
meet customer needs.
Assists in keeping parts department clean &
orderly.
Accurately records sales & inventory adjustments
to maintain and accurate inventory and maintain
customer satisfaction. Assist in annual inventory
count.
Verifies receipting-in of shipments.
Assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders
in their proper inventory locations.
Assists in maintaining all department tools,
equipment and vehicles in good working order.
