The Event Sales Manager works with the Culinary Services Management team in providing strategic leadership and stewardship for staff and services in a manner that is aligned with Culinary Services and University direction. Promotes the financial viability and expansion of service. Works with campus and off campus-based groups to provide them in registration and logistics support for large events. Acts as a resource for customers who have booked events providing assistance with menu and program planning.
Holds primary responsibility for facilitating from a sales perspective, the provision of service in the areas conference, catering and meal plans working collaboratively with the Residence office for conference accommodations as well as other University Units for all other client needs.
