THE OPPORTUNITY:
Office Assistant
McElhanney Land Surveys Ltd. has an employment opportunity for a part time Office Assistant in our busy Lloydminster Office.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Survey project material setup and research;
Interests and title searches using various government agency portals, databases and web pages;
Collection, storage and reproduction of plans, maps, reports and other records;
Reception support when required;
Coordination of outgoing and incoming deliveries for field crews and clients; and
Other administrative support for the office as required.
Preferred Candidate has:
Knowledge of legal land descriptions.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient computer (MS Office, Outlook and Lync) and internet skills.
