We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the SCSA team.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Assistant Program Administrator is responsible for administrative duties related to the support services required in administering the SCSAs major programs and safety related customer service to the membership and other identified customers
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
*Post-secondary diploma or certificate related to office administration;
*Three years of related experience;
*Effective customer service, interpersonal and communication skills;
*Excellent planning and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and effectively manage time;
*Ability to work independently, within a team environment;
*Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure;
*Ability to keyboard at a speed of 60 wpm; accuracy in data entry;
*Computer literacy, including competent working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Email.
