Qualifications
Effective oral and written communication, organizational, record keeping, and computer skills such as MS Office and the capability to learn new software are required. The ability to demonstrate solid decision making and problem solving skills is essential.  Office Manager qualifications include:
Strong business and finance administration knowledge.
Basic accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy.
At least 2 years experience working in an office environment and supporting a team.
Ability to speak and write fluently in English.

Job Requirements
You must be able to work independently, communicate and liaise effectively with other members of the team, and prioritize tasks during peak periods. The Office Manager duties and responsibilities will include:
Efficiently and courteously answering the telephone, email, fax queries, walk-ins and general correspondence.  Able to deal positively with customer questions and concerns.
Maintaining filing system which includes the copies of work orders that are kept for 5 years.
Manage paperwork duties which involve the printing of file copies, customer copies, and invoices.  Certificates must be matched to invoices, and 50-150 are put into envelopes daily.
Data entry of sample info into database to generate work orders for lab work groups in an organized and timely fashion (constant interruptions during data entry).
