Key responsibilities include:
*Contribute to the development and operation of five exceptional insurance locations.
*Create and manage annual operations budgets
*Manage the financial achievement of performance targets.
*Provide sales leadership with a focus on growth.
*Lead the management team to achieve common goals and objectives.
*Build collaborative relationships within the local, regional and national industry that foster business excellence and client retention.

The preferred Candidate will have:

*An insurance designation is preferred however relevant business experience will be considered.
