ISM Canada is currently looking for a dynamic individual to become part of our sales team in Saskatoon. As an Account Executive, you will lead the development of ISM Canadas presence in Saskatoon and surrounding region. You will identify and respond to sales opportunities and work with subject matter experts to ensure our solutions match the business needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary focal point / leader for sales activities.
- Accountable for meeting revenue, profit, growth objectives and customer satisfaction targets.
- Contribute to the development of Business Development Account Strategies.
- Manage contract scope, commitments, and responsibilities acting as a point of escalation and problem resolution ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand and participate in consultative selling techniques to identify business opportunities and to leverage resources in closing new business with the client.
- Define and understand problem situations, evaluate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Effectively communicate resource needs and project issues with business unit management, to negotiate and secure appropriate project resources.
- Understand and manage financial indicators, measurements and costs, to meet contract revenue, profit and growth objectives.
- Work with members of the team to ensure quality of service, on time delivery and costs are within contract targets.
- Ensure adherence to ISM Canada policies and procedures, and management of contract deliverables to ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to work with other ISM Canada Sales leads in the growth of accounts.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
