The Parking Lot Attendant provides customer service to the guests of Casino Moose Jaw who utilize the parking lot. The Parking Lot Attendant reports to the Operational Shift Manager.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Grade 10 education and six (6) months experience in providing customer service and handling monetary transactions.
Competencies:
Using a variety of assessment tools such as in-person interviews, and written examinations, candidates will be assessed against the following competencies:
* Knowledge of and ability to understand and adhere to guest service standards.
* Knowledge of standards, practises and procedures related to monetary transactions and cash balancing, processing of sales, data entry and information tracking.
* Able to read, interpret, and apply information contained in documents including memos, schedules, manuals, forms, policies and procedures.
* Skill in communicating effectively, courteously and respectfully.
* Able to demonstrate and adhere to principles of teamwork.
Conditions of Employment:
Successful candidates will be required to maintain a Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority - Gaming Employee Certificate of Registration and will be required to perform shift work which includes evenings, and weekends.
