Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating and overseeing PRL field operations for all rental products; Accommodation, Waste Water Units, GenSet Units as well as related surface equipment;
- Setting the standard of Safety Excellence by working with management and the HSE department to ensure Precision continues as a leader in safety;
- Communicating effectively with employees, engineers and third party contractors;
- Develop a understanding company operations and entire equipment inventory;
- Controlling and tracking asset inventory, as well as  maintain adequate parts, and tools, that is required while maintaining proper billing and tracking;
- Making trips to the field to monitor operations, perform service work as required as well as offer guidance and direction;
- Evaluating ongoing field operating costs for trends, assisting with preparation of future bids;
- Ensuring equipment maintenance to company standards as well as being sure the appropriate paper work is completed and filed; and,
- Proposing equipment and staff expansion requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of experience in the oilfield rentals industry;
- 2-3 years of experience with wastewater treatment plants;
- Strong mechanical background and aptitude;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Well-defined sense of diplomacy;
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Excellent teamwork skills;
- Proven systematic and organized approach to multi-tasking;
- Sound leadership and personnel management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and e-mail;
- Ability to adapt to and learn new software;
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines; and,
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
