An opening currently exists within our Regina's branch's fast paced temporary Aplin Office division for a Business Development Consultant! If you are looking to join a high energy, growing team, we want to hear from you.
What does the role of a Business Development Consultant entail?
Proactively driving business in a fast paced environment
Prospecting new clients (cold calling, visiting hiring managers in person, showcasing available candidate pool, etc.)
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Working with other Aplin Office consultants to meet and/or exceed predetermined sales targets
Desired Skills & Experience:
Along with an entrepreneurial spirit, you will:
Ideally have worked as a recruiter in the staffing industry with a proven track record of success
Have worked in a sales-metrics focused company for 3-5+ years where making calls and visits were standard
Have a good network of contacts in the Regina area
A university education is considered an asset
Be dedicated, persistent, innovative, flexible, and driven to succeed
