Boston Pizza Emerald Park is now hiring for the position of Restaurant and Lounge Servers.
The Restaurant and Lounge Server is responsible for the service of all beverages and food to the GUESTS in a prompt, efficient and above all, friendly and courteous manner. He/she will maintain a high level of service, ensuring that all products served meet Boston Pizza specifications. The Lounge/Bar Server will assist in the cleanliness and organization of the Lounge/Bar and service areas.
The Restaurant/Lounge/Bar Server will maintain a high level of bar and food product knowledge and ensure all items served are prepared according to Boston Pizza's standards of excellence.
The Restaurant/Lounge/Bar Server will practice the responsible selling and serving of alcohol at all times. He/she will be responsible for the collecting and submitting of cash and credit cards for all transactions in the Lounge/Bar.
Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful Lounge/Bar Server.
Other qualities of the candidate include; efficient, fast learner, able to work in fast-paced environment, and multi-tasking.

Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
