Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and working towards ensuring quality and quantity standards are achieved within the business unit.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES IN THIS ROLE
    Assist in aligning department initiatives with CTC, Dealer & GM business strategies
    Identify opportunities, develop recommendations and assist in implementation of change where necessary, to maximize the performance and productivity of department
    Monitor quality and quantity of output
    Work prioritization and coordination of the business unit's workflow and follow-up
    Monitor intra-day activity levels and make adjustments where necessary to help meet our service level objectives
    Assist in coaching and developing staff; initiate and deliver personal effectiveness appraisals and corrective action discipline when necessary
    Use of statistics for productivity and performance measurements
    Communication of information
    Build and maintain rapport/relations with home office, other CT stores, external vendors and various departments in order to resolve customer/store inquiries
    Handle customer concerns that are escalated to a higher level
    Assist Manager with various projects and tasks; assign various tasks when appropriate
    Act as ambassador for our store and represent in respectful, courteous and responsible manner
    Key holder:  Closing min. 1 night/week, runs to offsite locations
    Work every other weekend (may need flexibility on special event weekends)
    Cash/CS support- Code green/pick ups, CT money, voids, cashiers in/out of cash room
    Access to Managers inquiry screen
    Attend Managers Meetings
    Email address  daily check / communication
    Schedule  involvement depending on managers preference
