Lead a proven sales team
Reporting to the Vice-President, Operations, youll direct local lending, develop sales and marketing strategies, and manage the districts substantial loan portfolio. You'll lead and coach a successful sales team, authorize large credit proposals and nurture industry relationships.
What you'll do:
mentor the district team on our relationship management process, customer experience standards and culture
manage the district including its operation and business results
build relationships with external partners such as industry associations, other corporate representatives, accountants and realtors
ensure district activities and goals are in line with corporate objectives and policy
What we're looking for:
a confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
a leader who builds relationships, embraces change and focuses on efficiency
extensive knowledge of agriculture and credit adjudication
a multi-tasker who can manage other revenue areas including insurance and software sales
What you'll need:
a degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least seven years of related leadership and lending experience (or equivalent); a professional agrologist designation is an asset
a drive to help others achieve their goals
excellent coaching skills
