Description

Present a professional, welcoming contact to all clients, vendors, and staff, by phone, in person, and email
    Responsible for keeping office equipment maintained
    Responsible for organizational functions and general meeting support, including arranging, follow up calls, maintaining office space schedules, securing food and supplies, copying and faxing
    Provide support for the Sales team
    Provide support for Finance; monitor staff credit card purchases, expense tracking and documentation
    Receive and verify invoice requisitions for goods and services.
    Record and send weekly/biweekly status reports to appropriate coordinators.
    Record daily entries into monthly financial reports.
    Prepare purchase orders, review and verify travel claims.
    Data entry for processing payroll and accounts payable.
    Collect money, provide receipts, reconcile accounts receivable
    Deposit cash deposits to bank and enter into system
    Maintain letter, transmittal and confidential information files.
    Complete payroll functions to ensure staff are paid in an accurate timely manner.
    Working in a team environment.
    Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations.
    


Qualifications:

    Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude
    Flexibility to adjust to dynamic work environment
    2 years minimum administrative experience, background in finance is an asset
    Excellent writing skills
    Neat, organized, able to work independently and interdependently
    Computer literate including spreadsheets, excel, email and web
    Knowledge with Business Vision and/or Syredex would be an asset
