Description

Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for someone to add to our team with a knowledge of bar systems, inventory, and high service standards.

Expectations:

-Ensure that staff are punctual and reliable, and fulfilling their shift duties
-To satisfy customer requirements by ensuring that staff is providing consistent and friendly service to all guests at a high standard.
-To handle any problems with regards to guest complaints, machine problems or staff problems.
-To train new staff in methods and procedures of the bar.
-To ensure that the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar and service areas are kept to the required standard.
-To ensure that all closing duties of staff are completed before they finish their shift etc.
