Responsibilities of the In-House Design and Sales Person:
1.Research trends in Interior Design that would appeal to our customer base.
2.Design floor plans and layouts for houses in accordance with current practices and codes.
3.Set up and work in trade show booths.
4.Work with a WIDE variety of customers and budgets to discover the clients personal needs and priorities.
5.Oversee and guide interior design selections made by clients, and estimate costs.
6.Manage several projects at once.
7.Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
8.Excellent customer service skills.
9.Excellent written and verbal communication.
10.Manage an inventory of samples.
11.Able to work at part of a team.
12.Must work in-house, some travel required. Some flexibility to work from home.
13.Willing to work in a rural area.
