Local leisure products dealership is looking for someone to help out in our Parts & Service Dept.
-Experience with recreation products such as snowmobiles, quads, travel trailers, boats, bikes, etc is essential.
-Must have excellent customer service skills, on the phone and in person
-Advise retail customers or internal users on
appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials
requested
-Receive and sort incoming parts, clothing and
accessories
-Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind
and location of parts supplies on hand using
computerized inventory system
-Prepare, maintain and update purchasing files,
reports and price lists
- Write work orders and track service work
-Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
in a warehouse, tool room, parts room, or other
area
-Process incoming requisitions and distribute
parts for internal usage
