Charan Property Management is Now Hiring for a
Leasing Agent/General Worker. If you have
excellent customer service skills and would like
to work for a leader in property management then

The person we are seeking must be a team player, a
self-starter, organized, dependable, bond able,
and own and operate a reliable vehicle, have
excellent communication and people skills, be
attentive to the needs of clients and be reliable
and mature.
Responsibilities;
Scheduling appointments
Keeping accurate records
Presenting the available properties in the
community
Represent the company in a professional manner
Assist in generating traffic through active
participation in the community's marketing
strategy
Maintain community customer base with an effective
resident retention program.
Running Errands
Completing associated paper work
Filing
Property Inspections
Other duties as assigned
