Adecco Saskatoon, is currently looking for an Executive Administrator in Saskatoon, SK for a 9 Month Contract with one of our top clients. In this position you will be responsible for providing administrative support including; coordination, scheduling, and document management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in a similar role and have proven advanced skills with Microsoft office suite; Excel, Work and Outlook.
Job Requirements include;
- Provide administrative support; coordination, scheduling, and support to the Vice President
- Liaise with the travel supplier to assist with complex travel arrangements
- Coordinate any internal and external meetings and events
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and payment processing
- Maintain file and document management as required; ensure files are secure and effective record management systems are in place
- Lead any special projects or other assignments assigned as required
- Adhere to deadlines
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Graduate with a post- secondary diploma preferred but not necessary
-Proven advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
-Understand document management & associated systems
-Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize workload
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and handle challenging communications with a diverse audience, and maintain confidentiality with tact.
