Operational Accounting Clerk
Graham Construction & Engineering Ltd. has an opportunity
available for an Accounting Clerk based out of our Regain office.
Under the direction of the Operations Accountant, the Accounting
Clerk is responsible for performing various accounting, clerical
and data entry tasks related to payroll and daily costing.
Essential Duties:
Processing, entering and monitoring subcontractor invoices
Monitor and maintain Subcontract Document Control
Prepare deposits
Enter payroll, subsistence, and travel information,
distribution of pay stubs
Assist the Operations Accountant to sort and compile
backup for billing
Process and reconcile information received from operations
and financial accounting
Preference will be given to candidates with the following
qualifications:
Education:
High School Graduate required.
Accounting and/or Payroll Education an asset.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year Accounting, administrative or payroll
experience required. Construction experience would be
beneficial.
Desired Skills:
Accuracy, attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite... (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
